order of priority
In order to ensure there is a fair and equitable system in place for booking, there will be an order of priority for bookings as follows:
Priority 1 – International Events
These events will receive the highest priority and will more than likely mean the SFP will be closed down to all other users for a limited period of time. There will be large numbers of spectators, contractors, vehicles and participants on site.
Priority 2 – National Events
These events will utilise some parts of SFP and may mean certain areas of SFP will be closed off to other users for a limited period of time. There will be spectators, contractors, vehicles and participants on site.
Priority 3 – Local Events or recreational users
Priority 3 events can further divided into to two categories:
Priority 3.1 – Local training and competition events
These events will be restricted to certain areas of SFP and will more than likely mean all areas will be open to other users. There will be limited spectators, contractors and participants on site.Priority 3.2 – Ad Hoc bookings
These events will be restricted to certain areas of SFP and will more than likely mean all areas will be open to other users. There will be limited spectators, contractors and participants on site.
