These instructions state to return any message sent by us with the word UNSUBSCRIBE.

You have a right to access most of the personal information we hold about you, and also the ability to correct or update it.  Please contact our Privacy Officer (see below) to submit your enquiries for access to the personal information we hold about you.  We may deny your request in some circumstances, but if we do this we will tell you why.

Our website may contain links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this privacy policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect and process personal information from you in a way which is different to how we do so.

This Facebook Protocol applies to the Facebook page which are managed by Territory Venues and Events ABN 88 078 876 508, and is part of the Territory venues and Events organisation (referred to as “TVE”, “Premier Review”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which also includes the operating entities which are listed at www.giostadiumcanberra.com.au, www.manukaoval.com.au, www.stromloforestpark.com.au . By accessing TVE’s “Premier Review” Facebook Page you agree to accept this Protocol which we may revise from time to time without notice. Your continued use of TVE’s “Premier Review” Facebook Page will be regarded as your acceptance of this Protocol as amended. In addition to this Protocol, there may also be specific and additional terms that apply to certain sections of the Facebook Page or to the website www.facebook.com. We recommend that you review these wherever they appear. Any TVE employee or representative engaging in online, electronic dialogue as a delegate of the company is required to meet a standard that mandates:

Transparency of Origin. TVE requires that employees and other company representatives disclose their employment or association with TVE in all communications with customers, the media or other TVE stakeholders when speaking on behalf of TVE. TVE requires that employees, suppliers and other company representatives provide contact information on request.

Accurate Information. TVE employees and other company representatives may not knowingly communicate information that is untrue or deceptive. TVE will take all reasonable steps to assure the validity of information communicated via any channel but it is the employee's or other company representative's responsibility to assure accuracy in the first instance. Ethical Conduct. TVE employees and other company representatives will not conduct activities that are illegal or contrary to TVE’s Corporate Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and related policies.

TVE employees and other company representatives must maintain the confidentiality of information considered TVE company confidential, including company data, customer data, partner and/or supplier data, personal employee data, and any information not generally available to the public.

TVE employees or company representatives who fail to comply with this policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment from TVE. In addition, depending on the nature of the policy violation or the online channel content, participants may also be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Limitation of Liability
